Honor’s X60 series is about to get a new sibling with the upcoming Honor X60 GT, set to join the X60 and X60 Pro launched last October. Fresh leaks from a Chinese certification website have spilled some interesting details about this device, hinting at a beefy battery and solid performance. Let’s dive into what we know so far about this exciting addition.

Packs a hefty 6,300 mAh battery
Spotted on China’s device certification authority website, the Honor X60 GT is shaping up to be a strong contender in the mid-range market. The standout feature? A hefty battery with a rated capacity of 6,120 mAh, which should translate to a typical capacity of around 6,300 mAh—perfect for power users who need their phone to last an entire day despite heavy usage. Plus, it’s got 90W fast wired charging, so you won’t be stuck next to the wall adapter for long.

Under the hood, the X60 GT is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. While it’s not the latest chip, it’s still a heavy performer when it comes to gaming, multitasking, and pretty much anything you can expect from a mid-range. Paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, this phone should handle all the regular use cases with ease. Sadly, other specs like the display or camera setup are still under wraps.
The X60 GT is rumored to debut alongside the Honor GT Pro and Honor Tablet GT on April 23. With Honor’s track record, this could be a budget-friendly gem with some flagship level features.

For context, the Honor X50GT, launched back in January 2024, packs a 6.78″ 19.5:9 ratio AMOLED display with 1220 x 2652 resolution. It has a 108 MP + 2 MP setup on the back paired with an 8 MP shooter on the front. All of it is powered by a 5800 mAh battery (supports 35W charging) and protected inside a IP53 splash resistant body.
