Xiaomi has launched a new energy-saving edition of its Redmi TV X 2025 series in the Chinese market. The lineup covers 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch, and 85-inch sizes, with pricing starting at 2,199 yuan ($308). The update brings an impressive combination of ultra-high refresh rates, flagship-tier gaming features, and enhanced energy efficiency into a more accessible package.

The Redmi TV X 2025 series features 4K Ultra HD resolution (3840 × 2160) across all models, delivering sharp and detailed visuals suitable for everything from high-speed gaming to cinematic viewing. It equips a native 144Hz panel and supports a 288Hz gaming mode, ensuring fluid motion and low blur during fast-paced scenes. Across the lineup, it covers 94% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and comes with a ΔE≈2 color accuracy rating, offering vibrant and accurate color reproduction out of the box.

Each model comes with Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2, designed for faster system performance and seamless multi-device connectivity. Powering the series is a quad-core Cortex-A73 processor combined with a Mali-G52 MC1 GPU, paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, ensuring smooth app launches, multitasking, and gaming.

The TVs support Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and FreeSync Premium, delivering rich visual quality and immersive audio performance. For gamers, the series equips dual HDMI 2.1 ports with VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) and ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) support, along with an additional HDMI 2.0 port for expanded device compatibility. Other connectivity options include USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports, optical audio output, LAN, AV input, and antenna input.

The Redmi TV X 2025 series also features WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 for faster, lower-latency wireless connections. It comes with an NFC-enabled voice remote control, making it easier to mirror smartphone screens or interact with Xiaomi’s Super XiaoAi AI assistant.

In terms of design, the series sports ultra-thin bezels and a metallic frame for a modern, minimalist aesthetic. All models are wall-mount compatible and support standard VESA mounting. Energy efficiency is a key highlight, with the TVs operating at approximately 130W under normal use and less than 0.5W in standby mode.

Among the lineup, the 85-inch model delivers the largest immersive experience, while the 55-inch model offers a compact size without sacrificing core features. The 55-inch variant, for instance, sports a dual 12.5W speaker setup, whereas the 85-inch model upgrades the sound system with dual 15W speakers.

The Redmi TV X 2025 series energy-saving models are now open for pre-order on JD.com. The 55-inch model is priced at 2,199 yuan (approximately $308), the 65-inch at 2,799 yuan (approximately $392), the 75-inch at 3,599 yuan (approximately $504), and the 85-inch flagship at 4,999 yuan (approximately $700).
