iQOO has officially confirmed that the iQOO Neo 10 will debut in India on May 26. It will be the first smartphone in the country to feature the new Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. The microsites on both Amazon India and iQOO India’s official websites have now been updated, revealing detailed specifications of the upcoming device. Here’s a breakdown of all the features that have been confirmed so far.
IQOO Neo 10 key specifications confirmed

The iQOO Neo 10 is being promoted as the fastest phone in its category, thanks to the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 platform. The CPU and GPU performance is claimed to be up by 31% and 49% respectively over its predecessor, the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 from last year. On AnTuTu, it scores over 2.42 million, beating competitors like the Dimensity 9300+, Dimensity 8400 Ultra, and the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3.
To match this flagship-level performance, the Neo 10 will be equipped with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, ensuring faster data transfers and app installs. A recent Geekbench sighting of the phone revealed that it will be equipped with 12GB of RAM. For gamers, the phone offers 144fps gaming capabilities and includes the custom Q1 supercomputing chip for esports-level gaming optimization.

Another highlight is its advanced thermal system – a massive 7000mm² vapour chamber cooling system that maintains stable temperatures during prolonged gaming sessions. It also supports bypass charging, allowing users to play while charging without excess heat.

The iQOO Neo 10 will be available in two colors – Inferno Red and Chrome Titanium. Though official pricing is yet to be confirmed, it’s expected to be priced around Rs 35,000 to 40,000. The Neo 10 is likely to compete with the upcoming Poco F7, which is also rumored to house the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip.
