Huawei Nova Y63 has been officially announced on May 7, 2025.
This smartphone features a large 6.75-inch IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, offering a pixel density of ~260 ppi. While the screen is sizable, the HD+ resolution may feel limiting to some users. The phone runs on Android 12 with EMUI 14.2 but does not support Google Play Services, which may affect app availability.
Powered by the 6nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 4G chipset, it houses an octa-core CPU (4×2.4 GHz Kryo 265 Gold & 4×1.9 GHz Kryo 265 Silver) and Adreno 610 GPU, paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, though there’s no memory card slot for expansion. The dual rear camera setup includes a 50MP wide sensor with PDAF and a 2MP macro lens, capable of recording 1080p video at 30fps. The front camera is an 8MP shooter, also supporting 1080p video.
The device includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and essential sensors like accelerometer, proximity, and compass. Huawei Nova Y63 packs a massive 6000mAh battery with 22.5W wired charging. Connectivity features include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, GPS, and USB Type-C 2.0. However, it lacks a 3.5mm headphone jack and FM radio. The phone is available in Silver and Black color options.
