After the impressive Oppo K13 5G, which came equipped with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 and a 7,000mAh battery in April, Oppo has unveiled the K13x 5G smartphone in India today. Dubbed as the toughest 5G smartphone in its segment, the K13x 5G comes with SGS Gold Drop Certification and MIL-STD 810H military-grade standards. Its 360° damage-proof armor body is built using aerospace-grade AM04 aluminium alloy, reinforced with Crystal Shield glass, and enhanced by a biomimetic Sponge Shock Absorption System inspired by deep-sea sponges. Additionally, it comes with Gorilla Glass 7i protection for the screen and an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance. Here’s a look at the specifications and pricing of the device.
Oppo K13x 5G specifications and features
The Oppo K13x 5G sports a 6.67-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 1,000 nits of peak brightness in HBM mode. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i for added durability.
The K13x 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 internal storage. Users can expand storage via a microSD card. It runs on ColorOS 15.1 based on Android 15. Fueling the K13x is a massive 6,000mAh battery that supports 45W SUPERVOOC fast charging.
In terms of photography, the K13x 5G features a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel auxiliary lens. On the front, there’s an 8-megapixel selfie camera housed in a punch-hole cutout. The other features available onboard include a side-facing fingerprint sensor, dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and USB-C.
Oppo K13x 5G price in India and availability
The Oppo K13x 5G is available in three configurations — 4GB+128GB at Rs 11,999, 6GB+128GB at Rs 12,999, and 8GB+128GB at Rs 14,999. It will go on sale starting 12[, on June 27, 2025, via the Oppo e-store and Flipkart in two color options: Midnight Violet and Sunset Peach.
As part of the launch offer, buyers can avail an instant discount of Rs 1,000 on the 4GB and 6GB variants and Rs 2,000 on the 8GB variant using select bank offers. Alternatively, customers can opt for an exchange bonus of Rs 1,000 along with a 3-month no-cost EMI option. This brings the effective prices down to Rs 10,999, Rs 11,999, and Rs 12,999, respectively.
