It features a 6.57‑inch AMOLED display with 1 billion colors, 120 Hz refresh rate, 1400 nits HBM brightness, and Dragontrail DT-Star D+ protection at 1080 x 2372 resolution (~397 ppi).

Powered by Android 15 (ColorOS 15), Oppo Reno 14 FS 5G runs on the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 (4 nm) chipset with an octa-core CPU and Adreno 710 GPU. Storage options include 256 GB/8 GB RAM, 256 GB/12 GB RAM, and 512 GB/12 GB RAM with UFS 3.1, plus microSDXC support.

The triple rear camera setup includes a 50 MP wide (OIS), 8 MP ultrawide (112˚, AF), and 2 MP macro lens with color spectrum sensor, LED flash, HDR, panorama, and 4K/30 fps video recording. The 32 MP front camera supports panorama and 1080p video.

Additional features include stereo speakers, Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 5.1 with aptX HD, NFC (market-dependent), USB Type-C 2.0 OTG, and an under-display fingerprint sensor.
