This smartphone runs on Android v16 and comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor for added security. It features a large 6.74-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 × 2400 pixels and a pixel density of 390 ppi. The screen supports a 120 Hz refresh rate and 240 Hz touch sampling rate, along with up to 2000 Hz instant touch sampling for smoother interactions.

With a peak brightness of 3000 nits and 800 nits typical brightness, Realme P4 ensures visibility even under direct sunlight. The display follows a modern punch-hole design. On the camera front, the device houses a 50 MP + 13 MP + 2 MP triple rear camera setup capable of 4K UHD video recording at 30 fps. For selfies, it sports a 32 MP front camera.

Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-core processor paired with 8 GB RAM and 8 GB virtual RAM, offering efficient multitasking. Storage includes 128 GB internal memory, though it does not support a memory card.
