Nothing’s sub-brand CMF has officially unveiled the CMF Headphone Pro, and it’s not just another pair of over-ears. It brings a unique modular design for better personalization options along with high end features like ANC and an impressively long battery life on a budget. So here’s everything you need to know.
CMF Headphone Pro: What makes it special?
Following the brand’s design focused philosophy, the CMF Headphone Pro arrives with Nothing’s signature minimalist aesthetic that blends fashion and audio quality. One of the biggest highlights is the swappable earcups that let users mix and match different color options on these headphones. Along with this, you get tactile buttons and sliders, with the latter being called an Energy Slider that allows for fine tuning the bass and treble levels on the go.
There is even a roller to change audio levels, music controls, and toggle ANC. Nothing has packed the CMF Headphone Pro with a dedicated customizable button that can act as an AI shortcut that brings ChatGPT integration. The brand’s budget subsidiary brings 40mm dynamic drivers and a 3 mic setup for ENC and a Wind Noise Conduction Mesh. This also allows for up to 40 decibels of ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) and a transparency mode.
It connects via Bluetooth 5.4, with support for AAC, SBC, and LDAC audio codecs. For gamers, the CMF Headphone Pro features a low latency mode as well. The brand’s budget over-the-ear headphones feature Nothing Tuning for the company’s distinct audio signature. On a single full charge, the headphones can last for up to 100 hours with ANC off, which can fall to 50 hours with ANC enabled when paired via AAC. Just 5 minutes of charging also offers up to 5 hours of audio playback.
Other notable features include IPX2 splash resistance, dual device connection, and Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair support. CMF has just announced the Headphone Pro in three color options, namely Light Green, Light Gray, and Dark Gray. It will be available for purchase on 7th October 2025 in the US and EU for 99 US Dollars and 99 Euros, respectively.
