The Vivo iQOO Neo 11 (China) was officially released on Oct. 30, 2025.
Vivo iQOO Neo 11 (China) has a large 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a sharp 1440 x 3168 resolution and a smooth 144Hz refresh rate. It supports HDR10+ and uses Rock Glass with an anti-reflective coating to improve durability and visibility. The body features a glass front, aluminum alloy frame, and fiberglass back.
It weighs around 210 to 216 grams and has IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance, plus drop resistance up to 1.2 meters. It runs on Android 16 with OriginOS 6 and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. The CPU uses an advanced octa-core setup and the Adreno 830 GPU handles graphics. Storage options go up to 1TB with up to 16GB RAM, using fast UFS 4.1 storage. There is no microSD slot.
The main camera setup has a 50MP primary lens with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide. It can record up to 8K video. The front camera is a 16MP unit that records 1080p video. The phone includes stereo speakers but no headphone jack. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, multiple satellite navigation systems, NFC, and an infrared port. The battery is a 7500 mAh unit with 100W wired charging and support for reverse wired charging.
