Oppo A5x 4G comes with a sturdy build measuring 165.7 x 76.2 x 8 mm and weighing 193 grams. It supports dual Nano-SIM cards and carries an IP65 rating, which means it is dust-tight and can handle low-pressure water jets. It also meets MIL-STD-810H standards, although it’s not guaranteed for extreme conditions.

The display is a 6.67-inch IPS LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1000-nit peak brightness, offering smooth visuals at 720 x 1604 resolution. Running on Android 15 with ColorOS 15, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. It features an octa-core CPU with two 2.4 GHz Cortex-A76 performance cores and six 2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 efficiency cores, paired with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
