The Vivo S50 was officially released on December 19, 2025.
This smartphone features a slim and premium design, measuring 157.5 × 74.3 × 7.6 mm and weighing 196 g. It uses a glass front and back with an aluminum alloy frame, giving it a solid, flagship feel. The device supports dual Nano-SIM and comes with IP68/IP69 certification, making it resistant to dust, water immersion, and even high-pressure water jets.
The front is dominated by a 6.59-inch AMOLED display supporting 1 billion colors, HDR, and a 120 Hz refresh rate. With a sharp 1260 × 2750 resolution and ~459 ppi, visuals look crisp and vibrant. The high 90.7% screen-to-body ratio enhances immersion for media and gaming.
Running on Android 16 with OriginOS 6, Vivo S50 is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 (4 nm) chipset, paired with an octa-core CPU and Adreno 735 GPU for strong performance. It is available in multiple configurations, going up to 512 GB UFS 4.1 storage and 16 GB RAM, though there is no card slot.
Photography is handled by a triple rear camera setup, including a 50 MP main sensor with OIS, a 50 MP periscope telephoto with 3× optical zoom, and an 8 MP ultrawide lens. A 50 MP autofocus selfie camera supports 4K video. Stereo speakers, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, extensive connectivity options, and a 6500 mAh silicon-carbon battery with 90W fast charging complete the package.
