This flagship smartphone combines a slim 8.0 mm profile with a premium build, weighing 203 g or 205 g depending on the back material. It features a glass front, an aluminum alloy frame, and either a glass or fiber-reinforced plastic back. The phone supports dual Nano-SIM and carries IP68/IP69 certification, offering strong protection against dust, water immersion, and high-pressure water jets.
The front is dominated by a 6.67-inch AMOLED display capable of 1 billion colors, a 120 Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and 2160 Hz PWM dimming. With a sharp 1260 × 2800 resolution and nearly 460 ppi, the screen looks extremely crisp and vibrant. Brightness reaches 1600 nits in high-brightness mode, and protection is handled by Schott Xensation Alpha glass with Ultra HDR support.
Running on Android 16 with support for up to five major Android upgrades, Vivo X200T is powered by the cutting-edge MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ (3 nm) chipset paired with the Immortalis-G925 GPU. Storage options go up to 1 TB UFS 4.0, with up to 16 GB RAM.
The triple 50 MP camera system, tuned with Zeiss optics, includes a 3× periscope telephoto and ultrawide lens, supporting advanced video modes up to 4K at 60 fps. A 32 MP selfie camera, stereo speakers, ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, and extensive connectivity add to the experience. Power comes from a 6200 mAh silicon-carbon battery with 90W wired, 40W wireless, and reverse charging support.
