This Android 15 smartphone is designed for users who want a large display, dependable performance, and strong battery life at an affordable price. It measures 166.6 × 78.5 × 8.6 mm and weighs 212 grams, giving it a sturdy feel in hand. The build includes a glass front with a plastic frame and back. It supports dual Nano-SIM and carries an IP64 rating, offering protection against dust and water splashes.
The phone features a 6.75-inch IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and animations. The resolution is 720 × 1570 pixels in a 19.5:9 ratio, resulting in a pixel density of around 256 ppi. Brightness typically reaches 700 nits and peaks at 1125 nits, making it usable outdoors.
Running Android 15 with ColorOS 15, Oppo K14x is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset built on a 6nm process. The octa-core CPU combines Cortex-A76 and Cortex-A55 cores and is paired with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It comes in 128GB storage options with either 4GB or 6GB RAM, using UFS 2.2 storage, and supports microSD expansion.
The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor with PDAF and an auxiliary lens, supporting 1080p video at up to 60fps. The front camera is a 5MP unit with Full HD recording.
