Huawei MatePad Pro Max has been officially released on May 7, 2026.
The tablet features a 13.2-inch OLED display supporting a 144Hz refresh rate and 1 billion colors. The screen delivers 3000 × 2000 resolution, around 273 ppi density, and up to 1600 nits peak brightness. An optional PaperMatte display version is available for a more paper-like viewing experience.
Huawei MatePad Pro Max runs on HarmonyOS 4.3 and is powered by the Kirin T93 Pro chipset. Storage options include 256GB and 512GB variants, both paired with 12GB RAM. The tablet supports stylus input and offers a large display area covering approximately 91.4% of the front surface. The rear camera uses a 50MP sensor with PDAF and LED flash support.
It can record videos at up to 4K resolution, while the front camera uses a 12MP sensor. The selfie camera supports 1080p video recording and is suitable for meetings and video calls. A 10400mAh battery powers the international model, while the European version uses a 9760mAh battery. Charging support includes 66W wired charging and 40W reverse wired charging capabilities.
The body measures 289.3 × 196.3 × 4.7 mm, weighs between 499 g and 509 g, and uses an aluminum frame and back. Audio is handled by a six-speaker stereo setup for an immersive multimedia experience. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, USB Type-C 3.1, DisplayPort 1.2, and OTG support. The tablet is available in Blue and Gray.
