OnePlus has launched the Nord Buds 4 in India, a few months after unveiling the Nord Buds 4 Pro in March. The new earbuds retain several features from the Pro model, including active noise cancellation, AI-powered features and long battery life, while trimming a few premium extras to keep the price lower. The OnePlus Nord Buds 4 feature 12mm dynamic drivers, support AAC and SBC codecs, and connect over Bluetooth 6.1. Unlike the Nord Buds 4 Pro (review), the standard model does not support the LHDC 5.0 codec or volume swipe controls, although OnePlus says the overall sound tuning remains similar.

The earbuds also support OnePlus 3D Spatial Audio, Game Sound Spatial Audio, Google Fast Pair, Microsoft Swift Pair, dual-device connectivity, AI Translation, AI Assistant integration and touch controls.

For calls, the earbuds feature six microphones with AI-powered noise reduction. They also carry an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance. Battery capacity stands at 62mAh for each earbud and 530mAh for the charging case. OnePlus claims up to 13 hours of playback on the earbuds alone and up to 54 hours with the charging case when ANC is turned off.

With ANC enabled, battery life is rated at 6.5 hours on the earbuds and 27 hours with the case. Charging takes about 55 minutes for the earbuds and around 90 minutes for the earbuds and charging case through a USB Type-C port.

OnePlus Nord Buds 4 price and availability

The OnePlus Nord Buds 4 carry an MRP of Rs 3,499 (~$37), but they are currently being offered at an introductory price of Rs 3,099 (~$32), thanks to a limited-time Rs 400 instant discount. Buyers can choose between Astral Teal and Stellar Black color options. The earbuds will go on sale in India starting July 1 through OnePlus’ official online store, retail partners and other authorised sales channels.
