Belkin has introduced a new portable charger in China, the UltraCharge 10K 45W Power Bank (Model BPB035). It is currently available on JD.com for 269 yuan ($40). The device comes in Black, Blue, and Sand color options.
Belkin UltraCharge Power Bank Specifications
The power bank has a 10,000mAh capacity with a total energy rating of 36Wh, utilizing two 5,000mAh battery cells connected in series. It measures 111 x 57.8 x 24.7 mm and weighs 231 grams. The power bank comes with a built-in USB-C cable that is 293mm long. In addition to this cable, the device provides one standard USB-C port and one USB-A port, resulting in a 2C+1A configuration.
For output, both the built-in cable and the dedicated USB-C port can deliver up to 45W via USB Power Delivery (PD). This wattage is sufficient for charging smartphones, tablets, and some lightweight laptops.
It also includes Programmable Power Supply (PPS) support. The USB-A port provides a maximum of 18W. To recharge the power bank itself, users can input up to 30W through either the built-in cable or the USB-C port.
When charging multiple devices, the power output is distributed. Using both USB-C connections at the same time limits the combined output to 24W. If all three outputs are active, the total shared power is capped at 22.5W. The device also supports 15W pass-through charging, allowing the battery pack to recharge from a wall outlet while simultaneously supplying power to a connected device.
On the side of the chassis, a digital LED display shows the remaining battery life as an exact percentage. For thermal management, Belkin uses its Shield Pro dual-chip system, which includes NTC temperature sensors that monitor the device’s heat levels every 20 milliseconds to prevent overheating and overcharging.
The exterior housing is constructed from 75% post-consumer recycled plastic, and it ships in completely plastic-free packaging. The battery meets 3C certification and standard airline regulations for carry-on luggage.
