Apple’s ultra-slim iPhone Air captured widespread attention with its remarkably thin profile, yet early buyers frequently criticized its limited battery life and basic camera capabilities. Fortunately, recent supply chain leaks indicate that the technology giant is planning a major hardware overhaul for its successor. According to industry insider Digital Chat Station, the second-generation model will introduce several internal re-engineering feats to address these major complaints. Here are the four key improvements arriving on the upcoming device.

1Expanded Battery Capacity
The small battery footprint was undoubtedly the biggest drawback of the original version. Apple plans to correct this by increasing the cell capacity from 3,149mAh to approximately 3,500mAh. This represents an 11 percent boost in raw power, giving the incredibly sleek device a much-needed enhancement in daily endurance.
