There have been rumors that iQOO will soon unveil a new Neo series phone in China. Initial reports suggested that the rumored Neo 11S would break cover in July, but now reliable tipster Digital Chat Station claims that it is tentatively scheduled to debut next month (August) in China. Ahead of the launch, he has shared key details about the device.

iQOO Neo 11S key details tipped

According to the tipster, the iQOO Neo 11S will be equipped with a flat OLED panel that offers a 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. While the new leak does not specify the phone’s chipset, it is expected to feature an underclocked version of the Dimensity 9500.

The tipster has also previously claimed that the Neo 11S will pack a battery of around 8,000mAh. Other expected features include 100W charging, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

There is no information yet about the Neo 11S’s camera capabilities. Considering that it is expected to be a minor upgrade over the existing Neo 11, it may inherit the 16-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) dual rear camera setup.

The Neo 11S is said to arrive in multiple configurations, including 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB, and 16GB+512GB. It is expected to be available in Light White, Shadow Black, and Wind Chaser color options. The phone is tipped to be priced at around 3,000 Yuan (about $445) in China.

After the Neo 11S, the company is expected to shift its focus to its next-generation flagship lineup, reportedly beginning with the iQOO 16 series, which is expected to launch in September or early October. It is likely to be joined by the iQOO Neo 12.
