The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is almost here, and a fresh leak from tipster Digital Chat Station lays out nearly everything the phone will offer before it goes on sale on August 18 in China.
iQOO Neo 11 Ultra Specifications
To start with the screen, you get a 6.83-inch 2K flat display running at 144Hz, built with Visionox’s F2 luminescent material and capable of hitting 1000 nits in manual mode across the full panel. iQOO has already teased these display specs ahead of launch, so this leak lines up with what the company itself has shown.

Power comes from a Dimensity 9500M paired with an 11-core GPU, plus iQOO’s own Q2 gaming chip and a Synaptics S3910V touch controller for faster response during gaming sessions. The combo sits inside a metal frame that carries both IP68 and IP69 ratings. The body is 8.6mm thick and weighs 225 grams.
As for the battery, you’re getting a massive 9100mAh cell with 100W wired charging. iQOO confirmed this alongside the Neo 11 Ultra’s design earlier this month.
On the camera side, you get a 16MP front shooter for selfies, while the back houses a 50MP main sensor next to an 8MP ultra-wide lens, arranged horizontally rather than in the vertical stack you’d have seen on the standard Neo 11. Security comes from a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor built into the display.

iQOO plans to sell the Neo 11 Ultra in Wind Chaser, Shadow Black, and Light White colorways, and the company is already calling it the only 2K-screen flagship with a 9100mAh battery. The hands-on images of the Light White version show a new 3D flowing light effect that shifts its sheen depending on the angle and lighting.
