Vivo S2 officially launched on August 11, 2026.

Product Main Features:

The Vivo S2 5G measures 164.4 × 75.3 × 8mm and weighs around 197–199g. It has a glass front with a plastic frame and back, along with IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance. It is also MIL-STD-810H compliant and has drop resistance up to 1m. The phone features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1260 × 2800 resolution, around 449 ppi, and up to 3,000 nits peak brightness.

The large panel has a high screen-to-body ratio of around 91.4%. Performance comes from the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Turbo, built on a 4nm process, with an octa-core CPU and Mali-G615 MC2 GPU. Vivo S2 comes with 8GB RAM and either 128GB or 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, with no memory card slot. The rear camera system includes a 50MP f/1.8 main camera with PDAF, accompanied by an auxiliary lens.

Video recording supports 4K at 30fps, along with 1080p recording and gyro-EIS. The 32MP f/2.0 selfie camera is particularly notable, supporting 4K at 30fps as well as 1080p recording. This gives the phone stronger front-camera video capabilities than many devices in this range. Audio comes through stereo speakers, while connectivity includes dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, BDS and QZSS.

There is no NFC, FM radio or 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone uses USB-C 2.0 with OTG and includes an under-display optical fingerprint scanner, accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor and compass. The 7,050mAh battery is paired with 44W wired charging, reverse wired charging and bypass charging. The phone runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6 and is promised up to 3 major Android updates.
