The device measures 163.9 x 76.5 x 8.6 mm and weighs 225 g, giving it a substantial yet manageable profile. Vivo iQOO Z11S features dual Nano-SIM support and IP68/IP69 protection against dust and water, including high-pressure jets and immersion up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. The design also offers durable construction suited to demanding everyday use.

Its 6.83-inch AMOLED display delivers a 1260 x 2800-pixel resolution with around 450 ppi density. The panel supports a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR, 1 billion colors, and 2160Hz PWM, while brightness reaches 1000 nits typically and 2000 nits in HBM mode. This combination provides smooth visuals, strong contrast, and responsive scrolling across apps and media.

Performance comes from the MediaTek Dimensity 7500 chipset with an octa-core processor and Mali-G625 MC GPU. Memory configurations include 8GB or 12GB RAM with 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB storage, using UFS 3.1 and offering no microSD expansion. Android 16 with OriginOS 6 handles the software experience, while the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor adds convenient biometric security.

Photography is handled by a 50MP rear camera with PDAF, while an 8MP front camera supports selfies and 1080p video.
