The itel City 300 5G features a 6.67-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole design. The screen also supports a 240Hz touch sampling rate and has a 2.5D glass finish. Its 8.4mm-thin body gives the phone a relatively slim profile for its price segment.
The handset runs on the Unisoc T8200 octa-core along with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of storage. The phone supports 10 5G bands with NRCA technology, while its UltraLink feature provides free calling connectivity. Android 16 Go Edition powers the device, with the company highlighting its lightweight interface and bloatware-free experience.

A 5,000mAh battery supplies power, with charging handled through a USB Type-C port. The box includes a 10W charger, so charging speeds are modest. For photography, the City 300 5G has a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock provide biometric authentication.
