Recent reports have revealed that the OnePlus Ace 7 series will be announced later this month in China. A recent report claimed that the lineup will include two models, the Ace 7 and Ace 7 Pro, with both expected to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 series chipsets. So far, OnePlus has remained silent about the Ace 7 series, but it has now opened reservations through its official online store in China.
OnePlus Ace 7 series reservations begin ahead of launch

The reservation listings suggest that OnePlus is preparing two performance-focused smartphones for the Chinese market. According to tipster Digital Chat Station, both models will feature a 200-megapixel primary rear camera. The phones are also rumored to offer a 185Hz display and an integrated active cooling fan, potentially helping them maintain performance during demanding gaming sessions.
The standard Ace 7 is tipped to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 V Series chipset, while the Ace 7 Pro could use the regular Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, similar to the Redmi K100 Pro series.
Digital Chat Station further revealed that the OnePlus Ace 7 Pro will feature a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom, alongside the 200-megapixel primary sensor. The tipster also claims that the device will use imaging algorithms found in Oppo’s flagship camera phones, potentially giving it an advantage over other performance-focused smartphones.
It appears that the standard Ace 7 will not have a periscope telephoto camera. Also, there is no certainty yet that the Ace 7 will have a built-in cooling fan like the Pro edition. The brand is expected to confirm the Ace 7 series’ launch date in the next few days.
