Oppo just dropped the Enco X4 in India, and it’s clearly aiming for the same space as the AirPods Pro. Priced at ₹19,999, these go on sale from 29 October 2026 in Glacier White and Aurora Violet. You’ll find them on Oppo’s site, Amazon India, and the usual retailers. There’s talk of a limited-period ₹1,000-ish discount.

The earbuds come with a dual-driver setup: an 11 mm TRF woofer and a 6 mm planar tweeter, each with its own dedicated DAC. Dynaudio (Oppo’s long-time audio partner) has tuned five sound profiles, including Pure Vocals and Thundering Bass. They cover 10 Hz to 40 kHz and carry Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification.

The real talking point, though, is lossless audio. These are Oppo’s first buds that support the LHDC Lossless codec, up to 24-bit/48 kHz at 2.3 Mbps. The catch? Full wireless lossless only works when paired with a compatible Find X phone (especially the Find X10 models), and it’s apparently off by default. On everything else you’re back to AAC, SBC, LHDC or LC3. Spatial audio with head tracking, on the other hand, works across Android, iOS and Windows without the same lock-in.
Noise cancellation gets a big jump too. Oppo claims overall ANC performance is 100 % better than the Enco X3, thanks to a 6 nm NPU that handles real-time adaptive modes and does a better job with speech frequencies. Conversation Awareness is there as well. Start talking and the music drops while transparency kicks in.
Battery life is solid: 13 hours on the buds or 53 hours with the case (ANC off, AAC, 50 % volume). Flip ANC on and you’re looking at roughly 6 hours / 26 hours. The earbuds weigh about 5.6 g each, run Bluetooth 6.1 with dual-device pairing, and pack AI Clear Calling plus AI Live Translation (the full translation experience is limited to select Oppo and OnePlus phones on ColorOS 17 or later).

Whether the ecosystem lock-in for the top audio feature ends up being a selling point or a limitation is something we’ll only know once they’re out later this month.
