Now that Oppo has made the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max available across multiple markets, the brand may shift its focus to the more premium Find X10 Ultra. The flagship is expected to debut in China in the first half of 2027. A new leak has now revealed details about the camera hardware and display reportedly being tested for the device.
Oppo Find X10 Ultra camera specifications tipped

According to tipster Digital Chat Station, Oppo is evaluating a camera system featuring a 200-megapixel primary sensor with LOFIC technology for the Oppo Find X10 Ultra. This could be a Samsung HPA or HPU sensor.
The main sensor will be accompanied by a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, and a 50-megapixel periscope lens offering 10x optical zoom. A 100-megapixel square front camera is also reportedly under consideration.

The primary camera is said to use a 1/1.12-inch sensor with LOFIC technology, which is designed to improve dynamic range by preserving more detail in bright highlights and dark areas. For the ultra-wide camera, it may feature the Samsung HP5 200-megapixel sensor, which is used as the ultra-wide camera on the Find X10 Pro Max.
As per a previous report, Oppo is reportedly evaluating Samsung ISOCELL GNB and OmniVision OV51A sensors for the 10x optical zoom camera, both said to measure around 1/1.95 inches. However, the sensor choice has not been finalized, and the company could fall back to a smaller 1/2.76-inch sensor if production timelines become a concern. The camera system may also support telephoto macro photography, building on earlier reports of a 10x periscope camera for the Find X10 Ultra.

DCS has also mentioned a 6.89-inch BOE display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. If this specification makes it to the final device, the Find X10 Ultra could combine a high-resolution panel with a smoother refresh rate for gaming and everyday use. The display details have not been officially confirmed by Oppo.
Beyond the cameras and display, the Find X10 Ultra is rumored to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset and a battery of around 8,500mAh capacity. These specifications remain unconfirmed, and the final hardware could change before launch. Oppo has yet to announce an official release date or pricing for the device.
