Casio has listed the new CMK100 series on its US website, bringing a lineup of automatic field watches to the market. This release is a straightforward take on traditional mechanical watchmaking, focusing on standard utility and titanium hardware.

Design Details and Pricing
The watches are built around a 38mm titanium case. They measure 11.4mm thick with a 44.7mm lug-to-lug distance, which aligns with the standard, more compact sizing typical of field watches. Because titanium is naturally prone to scratching, Casio has applied a titanium carbide (TiC) coating to the case to improve abrasion resistance.
The display is protected by sapphire crystal. For water protection, the watches feature a screw-lock crown with a knurled finish and a screw-lock case back, giving the series a 100-meter water resistance rating. The case design also includes a wide, flat-top bezel.

Inside, the CMK100 series uses a Japanese-made automatic movement that includes magnetic resistance. The movement operates at 21,600 vibrations per hour, uses 21 jewels, and holds a 42-hour power reserve. It supports both manual winding and a hacking seconds function.
Casio rates the accuracy between -20 and +40 seconds per day. The dial features a textured background, a standard date display, and large Arabic numerals coated in multiple layers of phosphorescent paint to make them visible in low-light conditions.

Casio is releasing five variations of the CMK100, which differ by bezel treatment and strap options. The base model is the CMK100TC-1A at $330, which features a standard TiC bezel and comes with both a nylon cloth band and a vegetable-tanned leather band sourced from Italy.
The CMK100TCC-8A ($350) includes the same two bands but swaps in a gray ion-plated bezel. The CMK100TL-1A ($350) has a standard TiC bezel but ships only with the leather band, while the CMK100TCL-5A ($375) pairs the leather band with a rose gold ion-plated bezel.

The CMK100TD-1A ($440) replaces the fabric and leather straps with a solid titanium bracelet featuring a one-touch three-fold clasp. The models on straps weigh between 54 and 55 grams, while the titanium bracelet version weighs 98 grams. All five models are currently visible on Casio’s US storefront.
In related news, Casio has recently launched five G-Steel GMC2500 watches in the US with magnetic shock-release hand technology, alongside four minimalist G-Shock GAC2500 watches featuring a magnetic minute hand.
