Coolpad Cool X Wide Specs and Features

In terms of specs, the phone comes with a 6.38-inch 16:10 display. Its resolution is only 720 x 1158, which is relatively low, particularly compared with the Full HD screens found on many phones. Thankfully, the refresh rate is 90 Hz. Held sideways, the 16:10 shape suits video and games.

The phone measures 150.3 x 94.5 x 8.95mm. It weighs about 209g. At 94.5mm wide, it is wider than most phones. You will notice that in your hand.

The Coolpad Cool X Wide runs on a MediaTek Helio G99 processor and Android 16. Worth noting is that the Helio G99 is a 4G chip, so the phone does not support 5G connectivity.

Coolpad paired it with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. The top model has 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. You also get a TF card slot that adds up to 256GB more.

Powering the phone is a battery measuring 4,600mAh. The rear camera is 50 megapixels, and you also get an LED flash in the horizontal camera module. The phone also supports dual SIM dual standby.

Coolpad has not announced a release outside China. For now, these prices apply to the Chinese market only.
