The Gionee M7 Power garnered a considerable amount of popularity among smartphone lovers after hitting the store shelves back in October, last year. Likewise, the AllCall Mix2 smartphone propelled straight to popularity after it was made available to the public earlier this year.

Appearance & Design

Gionee’s M7 Power smartphone sports an aluminum alloy body design with 2.5D curved glass screen. This is further adorned with an eye-catching AMOLED HD+ (1440 X 720 pixels) display.

The phone has a 13MP camera with AF and LED Flash on the back. You can also find a fingerprint scanner mounted on the back of the device. There’s an 8MP shooter located in the front for selfies.

The M7 Power smartphone’s dimensions are 156.3 mm x 75.6 mm x 8.6 mm (LxWxH) and its weight is 187 grams (with battery). You can choose from 3 color options including black, blue and gold.

The AllCall Mix2 smartphone is shielded in an aluminum alloy body. It features an appealing bezel-less, IPS FHD+ display with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9.

On the back, the phone houses a fingerprint scanner along with a 16MP camera with LED flash and AF. The front side of the phone houses a 5MP selfie camera.

In terms of dimensions, the Mix2 has a length of 156.3 mm, a width of 76.4 mm and its height is 7.9 mm. The device weighs 190 grams (with battery) and is up for grabs in 2 color choices including black and gold.

Hardware & Performance

The Gionee M7 Power smartphone packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 MSM8940, 64-bit processor along with a Qualcomm Adreno 505 graphics processing unit, under the hood. The phone has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory that can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card slot.

The hybrid dual-SIM (nano + nano/microSD) smartphone is backed by a massive 5,000 mAh Lithium-Polymer battery. The non-removable cell delivers up to 410 hours of standby time and up to 20 hours of talk time.

On the downside, the M7 Power has only one microSD card slot. But the phone is crammed with all sorts of useful sensors including a proximity sensor, accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope sensor, a rear-mounted fingerprint ID, and compass sensor.

The AllCall Mix2 smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Helio P23 MTK6763 processor and it uses an ARM Mali-G71 MP2, 2-Cores graphics processing unit. The device offers 6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of expandable internal storage (up to 128GB using SIM 2 slot).

The Mix2 draws its juices from a 3,500mAh Lithium-Polymer battery which is non-removable and delivers up to 268 hours of standby time and up to 16 hours of talk time. For a normal user, the battery can last up to 18 hours.

There are 3 card slots i.e. microSD, microSDHC, and microSDXC. The Mix2 boasts a broad range of sensors such as an ambient light sensor, e-compass, gravity sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and a fingerprint sensor.

Price

You can get your hands on Gionee M7 Power smartphone if you’re willing to shell out about $370. The AllCall Mix2 smartphone, on the other hand, will set you back under $200.
