Motorola took the wraps off its Moto Green Pomelo smartphone in November last year, and the phone became an instant hit among smartphone lovers. Earlier this year, the Lenovo-owned handset maker made its Moto G6 Plus available to the public who have restlessly been waiting to get their hands on the long-awaited phone.

Appearance & Design

The Moto Green Pomelo smartphone is housed in a full metal body and it sports a 5.2 inches IPS, LCD, FHD display with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The device houses a 16-megapixel camera on the back and a 16-megapixel camera with LED flash on the front.

Furthermore, the dual hybrid SIM smartphone runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system and is backed by a 3,000 mAh Lithium-ion battery. This built-in cell delivers up to 354 hours of standby time and up to 14.3 hours of talk time.

The Moto Green Pomelo has a single microSD card slot. The phone is crammed with all sorts of sensors including a proximity sensor, accelerometer, front-mounted fingerprint ID, and gyroscope.

The Moto G6 Plus, on the other hands, packs a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor along with an equally robust Qualcomm Adreno 508 GPU, under the hood. The phone has 4GB/6GB of LPDDR4 RAM, which is paired with 64GB of expandable internal storage (up to 256GB).

The dual-SIM smartphone draws its juices from a 3,200mAh Lithium-ion battery. The non-removable cell is capable of delivering up to 295 hours of standby time and up to 14 hours of talk time.
