The Vivo X21 smartphone sports a 6.01 inches super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display and is housed in an aluminum alloy body. The R15 weighs in at 175 grams (with battery). Buyers will be able to choose from white, red, and purple color versions of the smartphone.
The Vivo X21 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 670, 64-bit processor, and it packs a Qualcomm Adreno 620 GPU (graphics processing unit), under the hood. It offers 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal memory that can be expanded up to 256GB via SIM 2 Slot.
It is backed by a robust 3,500 mAh Li-Poly (Lithium Polymer) battery that offers up to an impressive 300 hours of standby time. Aside from that, the device also features a slew of card slots including microSD, microSDHC, and microSDXC.
The Oppo R15 smartphone, on the other hand, packs a MediaTek Helio P60 MT6771, 64-bit processor along with ARM Mali G72 MP3 800MHz GPU, under the hood. It comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of hearty onboard storage, which can be expanded up to 256GB.
The R15 draws its juices from a 3,450 mAh Li-Poly (Lithium Polymer) battery, which offers up to 380 hours of standby time and up to 16 hours of talk time. Furthermore, the phone features microSD, microSDHC, microSDXC card slots.
Although nothing is set in stone yet, there’s hearsay that the Vivo X21 smartphone will hit the store shelves bearing a price tag of about $460. Meanwhile, if rumors doing rounds online prove to be true, the Oppo R15 smartphone will carry a relatively steeper $568 price sticker.
