Acer Iconia X12 has been officially announced on September 3, 2025.
This tablet is designed with a slim profile and large screen, making it a solid choice for productivity and entertainment. It measures 286.2 x 184.4 x 6.5 mm and weighs 500 g, offering a sleek yet sturdy build. The device does not support a SIM card but does come with stylus support, adding versatility for note-taking and creative tasks.
On the display front, Acer Iconia X12 features a 12.6-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels and a 16:10 aspect ratio, delivering sharp visuals at ~240 ppi density. The screen supports 400 nits of brightness and boasts an 87.2% screen-to-body ratio for an immersive viewing experience.
Powered by Android 15, the tablet runs on a Mediatek Helio G99 chipset built on the 6 nm process. It packs an octa-core CPU (2×2.2 GHz Cortex-A76 & 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) paired with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, ensuring smooth multitasking and graphics performance. The device offers 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, expandable via a dedicated microSD slot, based on UFS storage technology.
For photography, it carries a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5 MP front camera, supporting 1080p video recording. Other highlights include quad stereo speakers, Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 5.2, USB-C 2.0 with magnetic connector, and an 8000 mAh battery, available in Matte Black.
