Cubot X100 was officially released in August 2025.

The device offers a 6.88-inch IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels (~260 ppi), protected with Mohs level 6 hardness.
For added functionality, it includes a secondary 1.72-inch TFT display on the back, ideal for quick notifications and information at a glance. Under the hood, it runs Android 15 and is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 7025 chipset with an octa-core CPU (2×2.5 GHz Cortex-A78 & 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) and IMG BXM-8-256 GPU, ensuring smooth performance for multitasking and daily apps.
Cubot X100 is available with 8GB or 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, but no memory card slot. Photography is handled by a triple rear camera setup: 64 MP wide with PDAF, 5 MP ultrawide, and 2 MP macro, capable of 1080p video recording. The 16 MP front camera also records at 1080p.
Stereo loudspeakers deliver clear audio, while connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C with OTG. The device includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. A 5100 mAh battery supports 33W fast charging, ensuring reliable daily usage. Available in Gray and Gold, it balances style, performance, and practicality.
