The device measures 154.7 x 73.3 x 8.9 mm, weighs 186g, and features a glass front (Gorilla Glass), aluminum frame, and plastic back. It is IP68-rated for dust and water resistance (1.5m for 30 minutes). The 6.3-inch OLED display supports HDR10+, 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 2700 nits, with a resolution of 1080 x 2424 pixels (~421 ppi) and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
Running on Android 15 with seven major upgrades, Google Pixel 9a is powered by the Google Tensor G4 (4nm) chipset. Storage options include 128GB/8GB RAM and 256GB/8GB RAM with UFS 3.1. The dual rear cameras consist of a 48 MP wide lens with OIS and a 13 MP ultrawide lens, offering features like dual-LED flash, Ultra HDR, and Best Take, with video capabilities up to 4K at 60fps and 240fps slo-mo.
The 13 MP front camera supports 4K video. The 5100 mAh battery supports 23W wired charging, 7.5W wireless charging, and bypass charging.
