The HMD Fusion boasts a sleek design with dimensions of 164.2 x 75.5 x 8.3 mm and weighs 202.5g. Its build consists of a glass front, plastic frame, and plastic back, making it both durable and lightweight. The device supports Nano-SIM, eSIM, or Hybrid Dual SIM configurations and is IP54-rated, offering dust and splash resistance.

Additionally, the phone is repair-friendly, with a toolkit available for DIY repairs such as display, back cover, battery, and charging port. The phone features a 6.56-inch IPS LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate, offering a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels and a pixel density of approximately 269 ppi. The screen is capable of reaching a peak brightness of 600 nits, providing vibrant visuals for everyday use.

Running on Android 14, the HMD Fusion is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, expandable via a microSDXC card. The dual rear camera setup includes a 108MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor, while the 50MP front camera ensures sharp selfies.
