Honor Magic 8 Lite was officially released in December 2025.
This smartphone combines a tough build with flagship-style features, making it suitable for both everyday use and rough environments. It measures 161.9 × 76.1 × 7.8 mm and weighs 189 g or 193 g, depending on the variant. The device sports a large 6.79-inch AMOLED display with 1 billion colors, a 120 Hz refresh rate, HDR support, and 3840 Hz PWM dimming for reduced eye strain.
Honor Magic 8 Lite features a glass front with a plastic frame and back, supports dual Nano-SIM, and is certified IP68/IP69K, offering protection against dust, high-pressure water jets, and water immersion up to 6 meters. It is also drop-resistant up to 2.5 meters, adding extra durability.
Brightness is impressive, reaching 6000 nits peak, with a sharp 1200 × 2640 resolution and around 427 ppi. Scratch-resistant glass protects the screen. Running on Android 15 with Magic OS 9, the phone is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 (4 nm) chipset paired with an octa-core CPU and Adreno 810 GPU. It comes in 256 GB or 512 GB storage options with 8 GB RAM, though there is no card slot.
Camera duties are handled by a 108 MP main sensor with OIS and a 5 MP ultrawide lens, supporting 4K video recording with gyro-EIS. A 16 MP front camera, stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and strong connectivity round out the experience. Powering everything is a massive silicon-carbon battery, offering 7500 mAh in Europe and 8300 mAh in LATAM, supported by 66W fast charging and reverse wired charging.
