Honor X8c was officially released on Jan. 20, 2025.
The device features a sleek design with dimensions of 161.1 x 74.6 x 7.1 mm and weighs 174 g. It is built with a glass front, a plastic frame, and either a plastic back or an eco-leather silicone polymer back. It supports dual Nano-SIM cards and is IP64 dust and water-resistant (up to 0.25m for 3 minutes and 0.5m for 1 minute) and drop-resistant up to 1.8m.
The 6.7-inch AMOLED display has a 120Hz refresh rate, with 1200 nits (HBM) and 2800 nits (peak) brightness, offering a resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels (~394 ppi density). It runs on Android 15 with MagicOS 9, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 chipset (6 nm) with an octa-core CPU (4×2.8 GHz Cortex-A73 & 4×1.9 GHz Cortex-A53) and Adreno 610 GPU. Honor X8c has internal storage options of 128GB with 6GB/8GB RAM, 256GB with 8GB RAM, or 512GB with 8GB RAM, but lacks a microSD card slot.
The dual main camera setup includes a 108 MP wide lens with PDAF and OIS and a 5 MP ultrawide lens. The 50 MP selfie camera records 1080p video. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0/5.1, GPS, and USB Type-C 2.0. The 5000 mAh battery supports 35W wired charging, and the phone is available in Marrs Green, Midnight Black, Moonlight White, and Cloud Purple.
