Huawei Nova Y73 has not been officially announced yet. The specs mentioned below are based on rumors.
This smartphone features a durable design with dimensions of 166 x 76.6 x 8.3 mm and a weight of 203–206g. It supports dual Nano-SIM and is IP64-rated for dust and water resistance, with drop protection up to 1.8 meters. The 6.67-inch IPS LCD display has a 90Hz refresh rate, 1000 nits peak brightness, and a resolution of 720 x 1604 pixels (~264 ppi). It also features an always-on display and aluminosilicate glass protection.
Running on Android 12 with EMUI 15, Huawei Nova Y73 is powered by the 14nm Kirin 710A chipset, featuring an octa-core CPU and Mali-G51 MP4 GPU. It comes with 8GB RAM and storage options of 128GB or 256GB, though there’s no microSD card slot.
The single 50MP rear camera offers PDAF, HDR, panorama, and 1080p@30fps video recording. The front camera is an 8MP wide-angle lens capable of 1080p video as well. Audio is supported through a loudspeaker, though there’s no 3.5mm headphone jack.
Connectivity includes dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C 2.0 with OTG support. The side-mounted fingerprint sensor enhances security. A 6620 mAh Si/C Li-Ion battery powers the device with 40W fast charging and 5W reverse charging. Available in Light Blue and Black.
