This Android 16 flagship is built for extreme performance, advanced gaming, and premium multimedia use. iQOO 16 Ultra measures 163.7 × 76.8 × 8.7 mm and weighs 227 grams. The phone supports dual Nano-SIM and carries IP68/IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, including protection against high-pressure water jets and submersion up to 1.5 meters.

It also features pressure-sensitive zones with 600Hz touch sensing and a built-in cooling fan for sustained gaming performance. The 6.85-inch AMOLED display delivers a sharp 1440 × 3168 resolution with an impressive 508 ppi pixel density. It supports 1 billion colors, a 144Hz refresh rate, PWM dimming, and advanced formats including Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and HDR Vivid.

Brightness reaches 1000 nits typically, 2600 nits in high brightness mode, and up to 8000 nits peak. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset built on a 3nm process, the octa-core CPU pairs with an Adreno 840 GPU. Storage options go up to 1TB with up to 24GB RAM using UFS 4.1. The triple rear camera system includes three 50MP sensors covering wide, periscope telephoto with 3x optical zoom, and ultrawide shooting. Video recording supports up to 8K at 30fps.

A 32MP front camera handles selfies and 4K video. Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos enhance audio. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, infrared, and USB-C 3.2. A 7400mAh silicon-carbon battery supports 100W wired and 40W wireless charging, along with bypass charging.
