The device is powered by a Snapdragon 870 Octa-core processor and runs on ZUI 13 based on the Android 11 Operating system. The display size comes in a 12.6-inch OLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 2560 x 1600 resolution. Moreover, it comes with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision.

The tablet is packed with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage. While there is a dual camera on the rear side: 13 MP (autofocus) + 5 MP (ultrawide), on the front, there is an 8 MP + 8 MP, IR camera.

The IR camera in front allows you to use the face unlock feature. Although the tablet also features a fingerprint scanner. Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.6’s Bluetooth version is 5.1 and it consists of USB Type-C 3.1, USB On-The-Go; a magnetic connector.
