Nothing Phone (4a) Pro has been officially released on March 5, 2026.
This Android 16 smartphone combines a premium metal design with distinctive lighting features and a high-refresh-rate display. It measures 163.7 × 76.6 × 8 mm and weighs 210 grams. The device features a glass front protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, paired with an aircraft-grade aluminum unibody frame and aluminum back.
Nothing Phone (4a) Pro carries an IP65 rating for dust protection and resistance to low-pressure water jets, with manufacturer-rated resistance up to 25 cm for 20 minutes. A standout design element is the set of 137 individually addressable mini-LED lights on the back. The phone features a large 6.83-inch AMOLED display capable of showing 1 billion colors.
It supports a 144Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz PWM dimming for smooth visuals and improved eye comfort. The resolution is 1260 × 2800 pixels with around 440 ppi density. HDR10+ and Ultra HDR support enhance image quality, while brightness reaches 800 nits typically, 1600 nits in high brightness mode, and up to 5000 nits peak.
Running Android 16 with Nothing OS 4.1 and up to three major Android upgrades, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset built on a 4nm process. Storage options include 128GB or 256GB with up to 12GB RAM using UFS 3.1. The triple rear camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor with OIS, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide camera.
A 32MP front camera handles selfies. The battery capacity is 5080mAh globally or 5400mAh in India, with support for 50W wired charging and reverse wired charging.
