Oppo A38 was officially announced on Sept. 4, 2023.
The smartphone is powered by Mediatek MT6769 Helio G85 Octa-core processor with Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. The device runs on Android 13 + ColorOS 13.1 operating system. The device is packed with 4 GB RAM with 128 GB internal storage, which can be increased with microSDXC. It features IP54, dust and splash resistant.
Oppo A38 consists of a dual-camera setup: 50 MP (wide) + 2 MP (depth). On the front, there is a 5 MP (wide) camera for clicking selfies. The size of the display is 6.56 inches IPS LCD while the screen resolution is 720 x 1612 pixels. The dimension of the smartphone is 163.7 x 75 x 8.2 mm and it weighs 190 grams.
It supports Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by) and is fueled with Li-Po 5000 mAh battery + 33W wired, PD, 50% in 30 min (advertised). The device comes in two colors including Glowing Black, Glowing Gold. The sensors include a side-mounted fingerprint, accelerometer, proximity, and compass.
