The size of the device is a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display, which provides a resolution of 720 x 1604 pixels and the pixel density is 264 PPI. It runs on the Android 14 + Realme UI 5.0 operating system. The internal storage is 128 GB which comes with 4 GB and 6 GB RAM options.

Realme Narzo N65 consists of a triple-camera 50 MP (wide) + auxiliary lens/sensor while on the front there is a single 8 MP (wide) camera. The smartphone is available in two colors: Amber Gold and Deep Green. The device is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery + 15W wired.

It features Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, QZSS and USB Type-C 2.0. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 Octa-core processor while the GPU is Mali-G57 MC2. It also supports Hybrid Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by) and IP54, dust and splash resistant.
