The smartphone is packed with 4 GB RAM with 64 GB internal storage. The device runs on the Android 14 + One UI 6.1, up to 2 major Android upgrades operating system. It features GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS and USB Type-C 2.0. It is fueled with a Li-Po 5000 mAh + 25W wired.

Samsung Galaxy F14 4G features a 6.7-inch IPS LCD that has a 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. The device comes in two colors: Moonlight Silver, and Peppermint Green. The device supports Dual SIM. It features a triple camera: 50 MP (wide) + 2 MP (macro) + 2 MP (depth) while on the front there is a 13 MP (wide) camera.
