The device features a triple rear camera system with a 50MP primary sensor offering PDAF and OIS stabilization. A 5MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro lens provide additional shooting flexibility for different scenarios. The 12MP front camera supports autofocus and records 1080p HDR videos for clearer selfies and video calls.

A 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display offers 1080 × 2340 resolution with approximately 385 ppi pixel density. The panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate, reaches 1400 nits high brightness mode, and uses Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection. Slim bezels provide an approximately 86.8% screen-to-body ratio for a more immersive viewing experience.

The phone runs Android 16 with One UI 8.5 and is promised up to six major Android upgrades. Samsung Galaxy M47 is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset paired with the Adreno 710 GPU. Storage options include 128GB or 256GB UFS 3.1 storage with up to 8GB RAM. A 6000mAh battery powers the device and supports 45W wired fast charging with bypass charging support.
