This smartphone features a 6.78-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels, offering a pixel density of ~396 ppi and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It incorporates NxtPaper technology for enhanced eye comfort and clarity. Running on Android 15, the device is powered by the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset with an octa-core CPU (2×2.4 GHz Cortex-A76 & 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) and Mali-G57 MC2 GPU for efficient performance.

TCL 60 XE NxtPaper comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, expandable via a dedicated microSDXC slot. The triple rear camera setup includes a 50MP wide lens with PDAF, a 5MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP depth sensor, supporting 1080p video at 30fps with gyro-EIS. The front camera is a high-resolution 32MP shooter, also capable of recording 1080p video.

Sound quality is enhanced by stereo speakers, DTS-certified 3D Boom Sound, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS with multiple systems, and USB Type-C 2.0 with OTG support. It also offers a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, barometer, and other essential sensors. The 5010mAh battery supports 18W wired and reverse wired charging. Available in Space Blue, it also includes an FM radio.
