Vivo X300 FE has been officially announced on April 16, 2026.
The device features a triple rear camera system with a 50MP wide sensor and OIS support. It also includes a 50MP periscope telephoto with 3x optical zoom and an 8MP ultrawide lens. The front camera is 50MP with autofocus, supporting 4K video and advanced imaging features. It comes with a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ content.
The screen offers 1216 × 2640 resolution, around 461 ppi density, and up to 5000 nits peak brightness. Vivo X300 FE runs on Android 16 with OriginOS 6 and is promised up to five major Android updates. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset built on a 3nm process. It features an octa-core CPU with Adreno 829 GPU, delivering flagship-level performance and efficiency.
Storage options include 256GB and 512GB with 12GB RAM, using fast UFS 4.1 technology. A 6500mAh battery powers the device with 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging support. It measures 150.8 × 71.8 × 8.2 mm, weighs 190.2 g, and has a glass and aluminum build. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, infrared port, USB Type-C, and an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
