Vivo iQOO 15T has been officially released on May 20, 2026.
The device features a dual rear camera setup with a 200MP primary sensor supporting PDAF and OIS stabilization. It is paired with a 50MP ultrawide camera featuring autofocus for wider landscape and group shots. The front camera uses a 16MP sensor, while video recording supports up to 8K resolution.
It comes with a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display supporting a 144Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ content. The screen delivers a sharp 1440 × 3168 resolution, 510 ppi density, and up to 4500 nits peak brightness. Additional display features include 1 billion colors, 2592Hz PWM dimming, and advanced LTPO technology.
The phone runs on Android 16 with OriginOS 6 and is powered by the Dimensity 9500 Monster chipset. Vivo iQOO 15T features an octa-core processor, Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU, and storage options reaching 1TB. Memory configurations go up to 16GB RAM, paired with fast UFS 4.1 storage technology.
An 8000mAh silicon-carbon battery powers the device with 100W wired charging support included. It also supports reverse wired charging and bypass charging for improved efficiency during gaming sessions. The body measures 163.4 × 76.7 × 8.3 mm, weighs up to 223 g, and carries IP68/IP69 protection.
Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, infrared port, USB Type-C, and NavIC support. Stereo speakers and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor are also included for a premium experience. The device is available in Black, Blue, and White, with the blue variant featuring a color-changing rear panel.
