The smartphone features a 6.62″ AMOLED HDR10+ display with 1080 x 2400p resolution and 1300 nits peak brightness. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G processor it comes in multiple memory variants viz: 8GB / 12GB RAM and 128GB / 256GB internal storage.

Featuring a triple rear camera setup, iQOO Neo 5S comes with a 48MP main camera and 13MP + 2MP secondary cameras. You have a 16MP sensor in the front for your selfies. The phone is fueled by a 4500mAh Li-Po battery and supports 66W fast charging.
