The smartphone features a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with 1 billion colors, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an impressive 5000 nits peak brightness. It has a 1080 x 2392 resolution (~388 ppi density) and supports Always-on display. The device measures 163.4 x 76.4 x 7.9 mm and weighs 199g. It is water-resistant and supports dual Nano-SIM.
Powered by Android 15 with Funtouch 15, it runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 (4nm) chipset with an octa-core CPU (1×2.5 GHz Cortex-A720, 3×2.4 GHz Cortex-A720, 4×1.8 GHz Cortex-A520) and an Adreno 710 GPU (940 MHz). Storage options include 128GB 8GB RAM, 256GB 12GB RAM, and 512GB 12GB RAM, though there’s no memory card slot.
The dual rear camera setup features a 50MP (f/1.8, wide, PDAF) sensor and a 2MP depth sensor, with LED flash, HDR, and panorama support. Vivo iQOO Z10 records in 4K@30fps and 1080p@30fps with gyro-EIS. The 32MP (f/2.0, wide) selfie camera records at 1080p@30fps.
The 7,300mAh Si/C Li-Ion battery supports 80W wired fast charging and reverse wired charging. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, infrared port, and USB-C 2.0, but no 3.5mm headphone jack or FM radio. Available in Black and Blue colors.
