Vivo T5x has been officially announced on March 17, 2026.
This Android 16 smartphone is designed to offer durability, smooth performance, and long battery life. It measures 166.6 × 78.4 × 8.4 mm and weighs 219 grams, giving it a solid in-hand feel. The build includes a glass front with a plastic frame and back. It supports dual Nano-SIM and carries IP68/IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, along with MIL-STD-810H compliance for added durability.
The device features a 6.76-inch IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and better responsiveness. Vivo T5x offers a resolution of 1080 × 2344 pixels with a pixel density of around 382 ppi. Brightness reaches up to 1200 nits in high brightness mode, ensuring good visibility in outdoor conditions.
Running Android 16 with OriginOS 6, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo chipset built on a 4nm process. The octa-core CPU pairs with a Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, delivering reliable day-to-day performance. Storage options include 128GB or 256GB with up to 8GB RAM using UFS 3.1, with no memory card expansion.
The dual rear camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor with PDAF and an auxiliary lens, supporting 4K video recording. The front camera is a 32MP unit, also capable of 4K video. Stereo speakers handle audio output. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, USB-C, and OTG support.
